$100K Giveaway FAQs

1. Who is eligible to enter the giveaway?

Any property management company that owns or manages 10+ communities, and has a marketing team or individual responsible for community marketing, is eligible to enter. Qualified properties must be pre-lease or lease-up and under 50% occupancy. Only 1 property can receive the full $100,000 marketing budget.

***You cannot enter if you've had any owned/operated assets or properties within a PMC that has actively billed with Digible in the past 6 months (prior to entering the giveaway).

2. How many times can I enter?
There is a limit of 1 entry per person and a max of 6 entries per property management company… so share with your coworkers to get to the 6 max per company!  
3. Can existing Digible clients participate?
Unfortunately not. We love and appreciate our existing clients (so so much!), but this giveaway is not for you. You’re also ineligible to enter if you've had any owned/operated assets or properties within a PMC that has actively billed with Digible in the past 6 months (prior to entering the giveaway).
4. If I win, can I apply the $100K to any (or all) of my properties?
Negative, Goose. Only 1 property can receive the full $100,000 marketing budget. And it must remain the same 1 property for the duration of the campaign. No switchies or splitzies. Eligible properties must be pre-lease or lease-up, under 50% occupancy, and have at least $60,000 in annual media spend (around $5k-$6k/month in paid media). 
5. What does the $100K in marketing services include?

The $100K Lease-Stakes includes a combination of Digible’s expert organic, paid media, and email strategies, all carried out by the agency’s top analysts. We’re talking native, search, social, video, and more. Digible will create a detailed execution plan tailored to your specific leasing goals, and will assign a dedicated account team to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the entirety of the campaign.

* The $100,000 does include Digible’s standard management fees, media spend, and any other costs incurred by Digible (e.g., creative production costs, third-party technology costs, data integrations).

6. Will there be a cap on total paid media spend?

We would like you to experience a bunch of our services, which is why we are going to max out at $60,000 (USD) for the Marketing Budget that can be allocated to media spend, with a maximum of $5,000 (USD)/month. This max is dedicated to media spend on Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, etc. 

* The $100,000 does include Digible’s standard management fees, media spend, and any other costs incurred by Digible (e.g., creative production costs, third-party technology costs, data integrations).

7. Is the management fee included in the paid media spend?
You bet your bottom dollar it is. 
8. This seems too good to be true. Are there any other caveats involved for the winner of the $100K Lease-Stakes?
Kind of… The winner must also be willing to collaborate with the Digible team. And we’re not just talking about a cursory check-in every now and again. Nope. The winner must be ready and willing to dish on digital. That means engaging in conversations and strategy sessions with our marketing team, providing client success stories and testimonials, and just generally being an eager and open-minded partner throughout the entirety of the process.
9. What happens if I don’t win?
You entered and connected with us at one of this year’s multifamily events? You gave it your best shot? Doesn’t that mean you’re still a winner? No? Fair enough. There can only be one $100K Lease-Stakes champion crowned. For everyone else, access to Digible’s industry resources, plus our special consultation offer, means no one walks away empty handed.
